A. Z. Kelley is a designated ELL school in the MNPS system. This designation means that each grade level has one or more ELL classes. ELL classrooms focus heavily on helping English language learners achieve English proficiency. By providing meaningful language experiences in a child-centered, accepting environment, these students are empowered with the tools necessary to become a competent English speaker, listener, reader and writer.
