Based on data from the 2010 U.S. Census, the Metropolitan Planning Commission will hold special meetings to discuss the consideration of a redistricting plan for the Metro Council and the Metro Board of Education.

Census data for Tennessee is being made available this week (March 14-18). The Planning Commission will host three informational sessions in the following two weeks (March 21-30), with the final meeting on March 31. The proposed new districts will be presented at this final meeting.
